About us

Madaniyya Academy is an organization founded to serve the community in Mississauga and the surrounding area. Since its inception, Madaniyya Academy has grown consistently and gained a reputation as one of the leading Islamic educational institutions that aims to have students memorize the Qur’an, have outstanding academic education, discipline, and respect within a moral and safe Islamic environment.

Our achievements
  • More than 75 students have completed Hifz and Graduated from Madaniyya Academy.
  • More than 40 students have graduated from Grade 8.
  • More than 80% of our Grade 8 graduates qualify for academic subjects (university level subjects) in high school.
  • One graduate of Madaniyya Academy was awarded 1st place in the Full Qur’an category at the Annual North American Qur’an Competition.
  • Another graduate received 2nd place at the Annual North American Qur’an Competition.

Property Ownership Statement

January 15, 2024

Alhamdulillah, it is with the grace and help of Allah (SWT) that Madaniyya Academy has transferred the title deed of the property at 3930 Nashua Dr. Mississauga, ON. We are overjoyed to share with you a momentous milestone in the journey of our esteemed institution. 

This marks a significant achievement, a testament to the collective efforts, prayers, and commitment of everyone involved. Efforts to purchase this property started in 2019. However, collection of the required funds in a short period of time was not possible. As a result, the board of directors resorted to the option of instructing a third-party to purchase the said property with an Option to Purchase Agreement in place that gave Madaniyya Academy the exclusive right to buy the property. During that time, Madaniyya Academy leased the property from the third-party. In 2022, preparatory work began to purchase the property and transfer the title deed. Alhamdulillah, the transaction was completed through an Islamic financing agreement and the title of the property transferred to Madaniyya Academy in December 2023.

As we embark on this new chapter, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to each member of our community – parents, students, teachers, and supporters – for your steadfast dedication and belief in the vision of our institution. Your contributions, whether through financial support, volunteer efforts, or sincere prayers, have played an integral role in bringing this dream to fruition. Together, let us continue to build a foundation of knowledge, faith, and unity that will benefit generations to come.
